WEICON Zinc Spray Special Light is TÜV-tested, provides all metal surfaces with permanent cathodic corrosion protection and has a light color that is matched to fresh hot-dip galvanizing.


It forms a quick-drying, firmly adhering protective layer made of microfine zinc flakes. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer against extreme weather and environmental influences. In the salt spray test in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts that were coated with a special bright zinc spray showed no corrosion whatsoever, even after more than 550 hours.


WEICON Zinc Spray Special Light can be used to coat welding and drilling points, as a conductive intermediate layer in spot welding and wherever metal has to be protected from corrosion.
